4 For Airline tickets - Additional Comments a.aarts@bapetco.simis.com price options are good, but fasted route to get at destination not always provided. Sometimes, a overnight hotel is not required if a late afternoon flight is taken. g.lewis@bapetco.simis.com Even late requests or changes are efficiently dealt with. sherif.gamal@shell.com Superb service - one thing to consider, the timelines between making the booking & issuing the ticket is always very tight to achieve and sometimes we miss the 'cheapest fare' savings due to that. I realize this might be an airline problem but in the end it puts some pressure on the end customer. abdelrahman.ibrahim@shell.com Keep up the good work abdul-majid.houri@shell.com Farid (Shell Rep.) is doing a fantastic job. He is very organized, deal with customers in a very polite and respectable way on top of the permanent pleasant smile / face.

If there are any other hotels, it would be good to get the approved hotel list on occasions. g.lewis@bapetco.simis.com Excellent service.

8 For Afterhours/Emergency service - Additional Comments ramy.m.shafik@shell.comBoth Mr Farid and Miss Reem take off time duty very seriously. a.aarts@bapetco.simis.comgenerally no complaints although I have not really had experience with after hour service. apart from hotel bookings b3@bapetco.simis.comI have need to get a hotel booking at short notice and found this service worked well, sherif.gamal@shell.comI personally had one-time situation where I needed an urgent service after working hours and was impressed by the level of commitment and ultimate results by Excel team in Shell Egypt - Well done team and please keep it up! abdul-majid.houri@shell.comI was forced to use this service twice and were very satisfied with the quality of service provided.

13 Is there anything you would like to tell Excel Travel about its products or services that was not already asked in the survey? hatem.hamed@shell.comI booked a holiday package with your company in early 2014 for which you have raised to announced price significantly after my family and I organized our leave plans.
