9 WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS Customers can convert between packs by paying the difference. Additional operators can be purchased with the medium or large pack. ADV renewals and upgrades are calculated based on the pack + additional operators. Number of end points are based on installable Hosts. Packs are not designed for embedded environments such as POS, medical devices, handheld scanners or ATMs. Netop hosted connection services will be terminated for customers who do not renew their ADV. Packs do not include Netop Live Guide, Netop Mobile & Embedded, Netop Gateway and Netop Name Server.
