3 Training Plan In a 2 day training consultants will learn about the ingredients in all products and the benefits of each skin care regimen (Redefine, Reverse, Unblemish, Soothe) as well as the supplemental products in the Essential and Enhancement line (i.e. body lotion, exfoliators). Consultants will also be trained on the benefits and usage of the AMP MD Roller Micro exfoliator and Macro Exfoliator which are at home exfoliators machines. Lastly, consultants will be trained on how to navigate and assist potential customers and/or consultants in using the Skin Solution Tool on their home business page to assist in identifying the best skin regimen based on the customers concerns. Also, all customers are to be treated with VIP service, so training on how to order products for their Preferred Customers, maintain monthly follow ups, and types of promotions to offer to customers for enrollment and retention purposes.

5 Performance Based Objectives
Consultants will be given a list of common skin ingredients in the products, and they will identify the usage and benefits of each ingredient with a 90% accuracy Consultants under instructor supervision will demonstrate proper use of the facial equipment with 100% accuracy before demonstrating on a test subject

6 Summative and Formative Assessment
Summative Assessment: Test with 90% accuracy of written demonstration and 100% accuracy of use of facial equipment Consultants will perform a facial consultation, walk through of the ordering website, and then perform a mini facial on a test subject once passing the initial 2 tests Formative Assessment: Observation- It will be very crucial for the consultants to not only take on the language of the business but the action/behavior of being a consultant Rubric Questioning-Product knowledge (i.e. ingredients, usage, tools) Practice Presentation One on one consultation with potential costumer and business partner Micro and Macro Exfoliator facial Product presentation Q & A which will be conducted by instructor and classmates
