Social protection – the state at the heart of service delivery, especially development drivers (education; health care; hygiene, sanitation and water; food and nutrition, etc) Rights at work- defending, protecting and promoting civil liberties - Strong unions can help protect jobs, income and community rights, e.g climate change Social dialogue – spaces and opportunities for Non-State Actors participation and engagement in development processes.
