1. ERCOT System Outages and Failures No unplanned outages to report for the month of January 2015. 1/18/15 – Retail Market planned maintenance outage - Conduct Site Failover 3/1/15 – Retail Release All SLA targets were met for the month of January 2015 No impacts to the Supplemental AMS Interval Data Report for the month of January. ERCOT to continue to test long term solution 3

Browser Upgrade Project ERCOT plans to extend support for IE8 through 2016 ERCOT currently testing IE 9, 10, 11 and will continue efforts through 1 st quarter Propose project will be submitted through the normal ERCOT project process in the 2 nd quarter ERCOT has no plans to expand browser support beyond Internet Explorer (9,10, & 11) 4

2. MarkeTrak performance ERCOT continues to review MarkeTrak performance with API update and GUI. ERCOT to provide a new approach to calculating the API MT performance levels to MTTF. Instead of using a tool to create synthetic transactions, ERCOT will measure the response time of CNP/Oncor API data, specifically, due to data sensitivity. ERCOT will not include transactions, only performance timing. 5

3. 4 th QTR performance Catherine Meiners with ERCOT presented 4th quarter performance measures showing all numbers were greater than 98%. Great Month! 6

4. D iscussed 2015 SLA TDTWG confirmed to MPs RMS approved 2015 SLA at the January monthly meeting. ERCOT, Dave Pagliai to post to ERCOT website. 7

5. ERCOT Test Environment TDTWG and ERCOT began drafting SCR Identified Testing Scenarios that the new testing environment should cover: 1. TXSET EDI transactions( individual transactions + batch + txn responses) 2. MarkeTrak API & GUI 3. Non-EDI files (LSE files, CBCI, Demand Response) 4. Browser Support 5. NAESB upgrade 8

6. NAESB Updates NAESB meeting on Feb 23rd –This meeting should confirm whether or not the “placeholders” will be approved. Original list of codes requested to NAESB has been approved with version 3.0. Further discussion will continue if/when placeholders are approved and how ERCOT will implement the new NAESB EDM version with the approved placeholders. 9

7. D iscussed TDTWG 2015 Goals New highlights for 2015 “Work to do” were presented to MPs: - Support all phases of SCR, Retail Data Transport Upgrade to NAESB EDM v3.0 - Support all phases of SCR, ERCOT Test Environment. 10

8. Ad Hoc items TDTWG Leadership requested agreement from MPs to change Face-to-Face meeting schedules for the month of May and August. The new meeting dates will be held from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on May 12th and August 18th. 11
