Shipper contacts 3PDirect CCC providing details of additional pieces needing to be added to original order. 2. CCC adds additional pieces to job. 3. If the need to add pieces is not known prior to the Contract Carrier Delivery Team arriving at the Shipper to pick-up the original order, the Contract Carrier Delivery Team contacts the local 3PDirect operations team. 4. Local operations contacts 3PDirect CCC. 3PDirect CCC contacts Shipper to validate need to add pieces to job. 5. Upon receipt of Shipper verification of additional pieces being added to job, CCC adds the additional pieces to the job, re-rates the job and enters F10 notes into the job. 6. CCC advises local operations when pieces have been added to the job. 7. Local operations advises Contract Carrier Delivery Team to resynchronize the Mobile App. 8. Upon resynchronizing the Mobile App, the Contract Carrier Delivery Team should have visibility to the modified job showing the additional pieces. 9. Escalate: 3PDirect CCC - Within :30 minutes.

Severity:2 | Probability:3 1. Contract Carrier Delivery Team contacts local 3PDirect operations team. 2. Local operations contacts 3PDirect CCC. 3PDirect CCC contacts Shipper to obtain job(s) information and enters new job(s). 3. Upon completion of added job(s) creation, CCC advises local operations. 4. Local operations advises Contract Carrier Delivery Team to resynchronize the Mobile App. 5. Upon resynchronizing the Mobile App, the Contract Carrier Delivery Team should have visibility to the newly created job(s). 6. Escalate: 3PDirect CCC - Within :30 minutes.
