6 Mexico 6 2HR2 unloads (2) bases & (2) slide cores from core box.

7 Mexico 7 2HR2 drops off 1 st Base to Assembly Pallet. FLOW

8 Mexico 8 2HR2 drops off 2nd Base to Assembly Pallet. FLOW

9 Mexico 9 2HR2 drops off 1 st slide core onto flat belt conveyor. FLOW

10 Mexico 10 2HR2 drops off 2 nd slide core onto flat belt conveyor. FLOW

11 Mexico 11 LINE FLOW Operator takes slide from flat top conveyor and assembles to base core. Operator will put slides to stage when 2HR2 is placing base cores into buffers.
