2 DISPATCH OF EVIDENTIARY MATERIAL FOR ANALYSIS Labeling ( Preliminary data, MLC & COD No.s, dated) Addresses Envelopes and cartons to be used Specimen of sealing stamps Request form MLC copy Specimen properly labeled and packed in envelopes of cartons should be properly sealed Envelopes containing request forms and MLC copy are also properly sealed Chain of custody

3 IN DEAD DURING POSTMORTEM EXAMINATION For toxicological analyses 1.Stomach and its contents 2.Small intestines and its contents 3.Piece of liver with gall bladder, spleen, half of both kidneys 4.Sample of preservative 5.Blood 6.Urine 7.Stained clothes (suspected for poisoning)
