Development in human groups How can we create the development and change in human groups that we want?

Why is this theme important? 1.We all spend a lot of time in organizations 2.In order to solve the problems we face as human beings, we must co-operate and collaborate together

Why is this theme important at this conference? There are broadly three groups represented in this room Representatives of State institutions Those that provide IT&T services Those that buy them You may be in more than one group!

Organizations ‘How to make people understand that the customers pay their salaries!’ ‘Right now 10% of the money comes from selling to external clients..in two years it will be 90%..we need to change the way this organization works’
