Why is this theme important? 1.We all spend a lot of time in organizations 2.In order to solve the problems we face as human beings, we must co-operate and collaborate together

Why is this theme important at this conference? There are broadly three groups represented in this room Representatives of State institutions Those that provide IT&T services Those that buy them You may be in more than one group!

We are all in the same business! The business of creating, managing, responding to change

Organizations ‘How to make people understand that the customers pay their salaries!’ ‘Right now 10% of the money comes from selling to external clients..in two years it will be 90%..we need to change the way this organization works’

Organizations ‘We have been working, just like a family, but now we are too big. We have to get organized’ ‘Everyone is good at showing they have achieved their targets, but the performance of the company as a whole isn’t good…’

Organizations ‘We need to develop our managers…they are all technical people and we have to help them understand how to coach people’ ‘Everyone says the problems are nothing to do with them…Sales blame the technical guys, the technical guys blame the sales people..’
