Or until the Action of Print for Paper Delivery is taken. An Agent or a Case Manager can click on the PDF document of the entire policy and save it for long term archiving.

LCN-XXXXXX-XXXXXX For agent or broker use only. Not for use with the public. 8 Actions in PolicyEx and what they mean Request Extension – To request the cancel date on a policy be extended. Print and Hand Deliver – This is to print the complete policy package and obtain wet signatures on requirements. This removes the policy from ever being eDelivered again. Change Request – This is to be used when changes are needed on the policy. I.e. spelling, address, SS#, Increase face, add abr, ETC. Also this is to be used to request a re-issue or re-write. Decline Offer – If Distributor /Case Manager, Agent, or Consumer use this action, it can be eDelivered again. If the Carrier uses this Action is can never be eDelivered Again. Transfer for Approval – Ability to transfer a policy to a co-worker to approve and send to the agent. LCN 907841-042114

They would still enter the Consumers email address as a copy of the signed documents are sent to the Client. Face to Face. And verification that they will receive an email in which they can view, print or save their signed policy. After clicking “OK” and all have signed, the Agent will see this verification.
