Vision The BPP will measurably improve the quality of life for residents in the U.S.- Mexico border region by 2020 through Collaboration and leadership on cross-border issues Mobilization of effective philanthropic resources to address border issues Strengthened philanthropic capacity to further the long-term development of border communities

BPP History Program started in 2001 Leading International and National Foundations provide financial support (FordFoundation, Charles Stewart Mott, and Annie E. Casey Foundation). Bi-national board of directors (5 female / 6 male) HQ in San Diego 3 full time staff 501©3 granted in November 2008 Asociación Civil granted September 2009
