Guidelines To Emphasize 1. Circle important words in question. – Provides a focus for the student. 2. Read ALL answer choices. 3. Cross out answer choices you are certain are not correct - Helps narrow down the choices. 4. Look for two answer choices that are opposites – one of these is usually the correct answer. 1.
