MPLS-TP status The advice from the JWT was accepted by ITU-T mid-April. The MEAD team shifted focus that same week and started to work on producing Internet Drafts. Document Editors have been added to the MEAD team as they have been appointed.

MPLS-TP status The JWT advice came with a set of suggested documents. The MEAD discussed that a bit and tweaked it a bit, mainly adding new documents. The current set of documents and their status and editors will be found at: www.tla-group.com/~loa/editor-doc-list.pdf

MPLS-TP documents How to become a Contributing Author? Preferred steps: 1.A document identified 2.Editors are appointed 3.First version produced 4.First version is reviewed 5.Potential contributing authors should get in contact with the editors. Variations encouraged!

4 IETF WGs have been rechartered Limited re-charter to allow us to do the MPLS-TP work. “ Include extensions to the xxxx WG protocols and RFCs necessary to create an MPLS Transport Profile (MPLS TP). The work on the MPLS TP will be coordinated between the working groups (eg, MPLS, CCAMP, PWE3, and L2PVN) that are chartered to do MPLS TP work. ”
