Horizontal and Vertical lines The position of pole and the arm part describe horizontal and vertical line. The arm part shows position of horizontal line, and the pole shows vertical line.

Definition of angle The size of angle can be noted as degree unit ( o ), minute(‘), and second(‘’). 2. Besar Sudut To sum or subtract angle unit, each degree unit, minute, and second must be put in one line. 3. Sum and subtraction on Angle unit D. Drawing and giving name for angle In measuring an angle, we need a tool named graduated arc.

Pairs of angle that are supplemented each other Total of two angle that are complemented each other is 90 o. The one line is the complement of another line. 2. Pairs of angle that are complemented each other If there are two intersected line, the two angles located on back of intersected point are called two contrary angles. Two angles that are contrary are same. 3. Pairs of angle that are contrary

Relation among the angles if two lines are intersected by other line If two parallel lines are intersected by other line, it will form four pairs of corresponding lines with same size. 1. Corresponding and adjacent angles If two parallel lines intersected by other line, the amount of the angles is 180 o. 2. Inner and outer unilateral angle
