Production, Distribution, and Change Distributor: person who brings the goods to the people. Producer: a person who makes products that are used by other people. Consumer: a person who buys goods and services.

Time, Continuity, and Change Something New This Way Comes Just as jeans have changed over time, so, too, has American culture. Cultures change all the time. Because culture is a total way of life, a change in one part changes other parts. Changes in the natural environment, technology, and new ideas affect culture and every aspect of our world.
