2. Fact #1 No ONE has ever been convicted for a violation at the Children's Pool. Fact # 2 No seal has EVER been hurt. Fact # 3 This is a man - made pool, not a natural habitat. Fact # 4 It is my constitutional RIGHT in California to enter the ocean. Fact # 5 I am entitled to a CLEAN beach free of seal poop.

3. Fact # 6 We are all entitled to CLEAN water. Fact # 7 The seals have NEVER needed the pool. Fact # 8 The Children, Handicapped and divers DO NEED the beach. The seals do not! Fact # 9 We are in the process of building a 4 MILLION Dollar Lifeguard tower at the pool to guard HUMANS.

4. Fact # 10 This project is NOT consistent with the coastal act with NO Beach Access. Fact # 11 There is only ONE handicap access to the ocean in La Jolla and it is at the Children's Pool. Fact # 12 The change in the Trust ONLY added seals it did NOT take out swimmers and divers, and fishermen. Fact # 13 We are going to LOSE the BEACH next to the pool as last year 19 baby seals were born there. Nothing can stop this madness.

5. Fact # 14 Every Community group in La Jolla has asked to keep the beach OPEN. Fact # 15 The seals do not need a closed beach they GROW in size every year. Fact # 16 San Diego tax payers are going to have to PAY for the law suit you are about to create. Fact # 17 You can STOP all this madness by declaring the seals a NUISANCE and get Federal permission to disperse them to the wild.
