2. Actions to Date – to December 08 - Purchase of Plasma Television - Purchase of Tables and Chairs - Member internet access, Computers and email - Enhance Club Profile – Website and Advertising Spend to date ~$9000 Footscray Club Renovation

3. Three Main Priorities - As of Dec 2008 1)New Air Conditioning - Needed for the comfort of members - Quotes being obtained 2)New Electrical system - Need to bring system into code - Will support new air conditioning - Required before renovations commence - Quotes are being obtained 3) New Fire Entrances – Back and Front - required by council regulations

Footscray Club Renovation Project: Project Brief - require 2 – 3 concepts - the least amount of spend for our needs -New Electrical System - New Fire Exits - Kitchen upgrade - Re-design of Bar area - Repair to roof/ceiling - Dance Floor - Smoking area/back deck - Upgrade to toilets - mens and ladies toilets (add 1 each) - Storage and cupboards - Entry way signage - Details to include provision of new: Carpet Curtains and blinds Footscray Club Renovation

Current Progress – December 08 - we have received 3 estimates of cost of from 3 vendors to date - the estimates are currently under review - currently we need to take care of the 3 priority items Fire exits Electrical System Air Conditioning - When will then select a contractor with the best plan/price to complete the renovations Footscray Club Renovation
