Here is your burger, and here’s some ketchup and mustard for the fries. And the Iceland codfish is for…? Guest : Oh, that’s for my boy. And what about my wife’s cheese & pasta gratin? Is it ready yet? Waitress :No, sorry. It takes a bit longer to bake the dish, but, I think, it should be done in about five minutes. Guest :All right. Waitress : Is there anything else I can get you?
