NQF Health IT Safety Measurement Project Environmental Scan: Identifying the most effective ways to measure and prioritize health IT-related safety events. Conceptual Framework: Organizational construct to categorize, health IT safety measures and gaps Report: Foundational reference for current health IT patient safety measures and measure concepts. Blueprint for later work in this field. 5
