UNGEI Resources What resources might be required at the global or country level to carry out the proposed collaboration? – What might this cost? Time, HR, $ – How do we judge whether it would be worth the investment? – Do you think UNGEI can deliver in the expected timeframe? – Does this relate to the evaluation findings related to country level capacity development, knowledge or other?

UNGEI @ Country Level What might it mean for UNGEI to take on a new role within the LEG? What changes would be needed for UNGEI country partnerships? What might be the impact on country level relations or the response of – other local partners? – donors? Government? – CSO networks?

Basic Country Support Work with GPE and LEG to undertake gender analysis Create a summary for collaboration Identify in-country representative or external support to participate in LEG Build on gender analysis to create an action plan that matches the country GPE program Undertake annual updates

Priority Country Support Plan development Provide toolkit of good practices Work with partners to identify the key elements for a suitable toolkit Analysis, consultation and development of strategies Determine need for technical inputs and prepare ToRs for work package Plan implementation Take part in joint annual reviews Operate as UNGEI focal point on LEG Facilitate attention to gender related issues Identify need for additional technical inputs Facilitate monitoring gender equality outcomes
