2. If you’ve never done it before, ordering phones and services can be a little confusing. But really, it’s easy. Just follow the steps in this guide. 2

3. Ordering Phones & Services First, choose the brand if you don’t already have a preference. We offer phones by Polycom and Yealink. One of them will have just what you need. You may order more than one brand if you wish. 3

Ordering Phones & Services Once you’ve decided on the brand, open our Phone Planning Workbook. 1.Choose the tab for the brand you want. 2.Enter the names of your users and the phone model you want them to have. 3.Move to the “User Phone Services” tab of the workbook and add the services: 1.Phone services 2.Options 3.Telephone numbers 4.Add conference room and common area phones 4

6. Ordering Phones & Services Go back to the Store, click on the brand(s) you chose Click on the phone models you want. Enter the quantity from the Phone Planning Workbook. Do the same for IP Phone Services. There’s only one choice of services for conference rooms and common areas. 6
