1 Wild Card Name Search

2 The Wildcard Name Search enables you to enter a partial or complete name and retrieve all names on file that start with your name entry. For example, enter Smith* and your search will include the names Smith, Smithson, Smithe, etc. This is a useful search if you are unsure of the spelling of a resident or owner name.

3 Click on the name button from the General Criteria Screen.

4 You will receive the following Name Entry box:

5 Enter a complete or partial name in the Name entry box and type an asterisk after the name. All owner/resident records that begin with the letters of your entry will be included in the search. For example, your entry of BERG* will search for the names BERG, BERGY, BERGER, BERGMEIER, etc.

6 Click OK and your selection will appear on the Criteria Select screen.

7 Click OK (Begin Search) to retrieve the results of your search.
