4. AFTER THAT… Open your plan on one of your team member’s computer Log into Google Drive on another team member’s computer Get busy creating your form – JUST ONE for your team Name it: Peer Survey + your names When you’re happy with it, SHARE IT to e-mail

5. THEN… Fill out any surveys YOU have received Check the response sheet for YOUR survey Create a storyboard (plan) for how you will present your data in a PowerPoint

6. FINALLY… Create a PowerPoint show to share your findings: Use charts of question results Explain what you found out Include: Title slide, one slide for each question, and conclusion slide
