5. 1. After going out and getting some of the hottest rappers such as Cassidy, he had a problem with in the management. 2. Carmelo now has to sue his business manager Larry W. Harmon for embezzlement. 3. Carmelo has made claims that Mr. Harmon has taken two million dollars of his assets. 4. Now Carmelo doesn’t have a clue what happen to the two million dollars however, he has knowledge that Mr. Harmon has invested 265,500$ of the business money into third parties without Carmelo’s approval.

He also found the flaw in his business with his manager embezzling money early. 4. Then to top it off he has joined a bigger record label to produce greater music. 5.
