Unemployment is the situation when a person does not have a job but is actively seeking employment Unemployment Rate is the % of the labor force that is unemployed but seeking employment

Studies show that the vast numbers of workers are satisfied with their jobs. 42% said they are very satisfied 38% said somewhat satisfied People with a higher income were generally more satisfied than those with a lower income Satisfaction can lead to career change, which is becoming more prominent in Americas work force
