Company Background Cocktail stuffers is a local pub that offers a wide variety of food and drink. Originally founded in 1980, it has since become a popular favorite among locals. We provide a unique atmosphere of both classic and modern décor, and the best music in town. Come join us! We’re open every evening from 6pm to 2am!

Problem Awareness Paper-based recipes for food and drinks Cooks and bartenders require faster access to recipes to meet demands No efficient way to store new recipes or update existing recipes Lack of feedback on the most popular recipes

Business Needs This project has been initiated to: Improve the overall quality of service Improve the efficiency of operations Improve the consistency of recipes Provide a method for tracking popular recipes Allows management to plan ahead when ordering supplies Provide a source of information that can be shared between establishments/franchises

Identified Issues & Constraints The system must be in place prior to adding the new location All current recipes must be cataloged and added to the new system The system should be easy to operate in low light and high noise environments Development of the system will be done in phases Business - Intranet system Public - Extranet system
