INTRODUCTION TO FLASH Flash is used for: Animated movies Games Website Interface (Headers, Navigation Bar buttons)

Pros: Flash loads quickly Flash uses mostly Vector graphics which is faster than Raster graphics Flash reuses the same elements - file sizes are lower It's difficult to use someone else's flash files and edit them

Cons: Not everyone has flash players (iphones/ ipads don't support it) Flash files are complicated and tough to edit It's difficult to use someone else's flash files and edit them

Shape tweening means transforming an object from one state into an other. This is usually called morphing Inbetweening or tweening is the process of generating intermediate frames between two images to give the appearance that the first image evolves smoothly into the second image
