2. Test Video First, make a short test video with audio

3. Test Video  If you are going to record video from several different places and distances make sure you include all the possible setups, with video and audio, in the test video  If your project includes devices that produce noise turn them on during the test

4. Test Video  Have a team member do all the narrative and make sure he keeps a constant distance and orientation from the microphone  Watch the video carefully to make sure you have uniform quality across the video  Make any necessary corrections

5. Final Video

6.  Have a title slide with:  Project Title  Team #  Team members  Show the whole team in camera after the title slide and have every team member briefly introduce himself/herself with audio  Make a concise video with a total duration of 4 to 5 minutes  Provide audio explanations during your demonstration

7. Final Video  Have a team member do all the narrative (may be a different team member than the one appearing on camera)  Make sure the speaker keeps a constant distance and orientation from the microphone (to maintain constant audio level)
