CONFIRMATION COURSE – Revd Joan will be offering a Confirmation Course for adults and one for younger people (up to age 16) beginning in February. Details are still to be publicised but if you are interested in coming, please let Joan know as this will help to decide on time and venue. This is also offered as a Refresher course for those of you whose memories of confirmation classes are distant as well as people who would like to support those thinking about being confirmed. Christmas Cards – there are still some cards to be picked up from the table at the back of the church. Please check especially if you have been away over the Christmas season. LENDING LIBRARY – the Vestry has agreed that we should set up a small lending library on the shelf at the back of the church. If you have spiritual or religious books which you would like to offer to this, please can you bring them in. If, in due course, you would like these returned, please mark them clearly on the inside with your name and phone number. FUND RAISING for general church funds – please ask Paul or Janet Lawrence for Smartie Tubes. Take these away and fill them with coins, to be returned when they are full. CONTACT FORMS – if you have not already filled in a contact form, please fill one in today. They are at the back of the church. This will allow us to keep a spreadsheet in compliance with Data Protection Regulations so that Revd Joan or another person with the permission of the Vestry can send out emails with important news.
