Meet with your peer coach regarding Session Two. Schedule at least one session with your peer coach to discuss the following: 1. How are you working toward your goals for the Academy? What could you try to do differently? 2. How can you help each other reach your goals? 3. How will your learning from Session Two help each of you be more effective as leaders? 4. Share two current leadership challenges that you face regarding either dealing with conflict or communicating. 5. Together brainstorm ideas on how you might address those challenges, using learning from Session Two. 6. What articles did you read in the Homework? What did you learn from them?
