INCIDENT RESPONSE FY07 Appropriations Bill – Section 527 (FY07 NDAA) Expands WMD-CST operations under 10 USC 12310 (c) to include immediate response in the US and Territories: Response to intentional or unintentional release of nuclear, biological, radiological, toxic or chemical materials; AND A natural or manmade disaster in the US that results in, or could result in, catastrophic loss of life or property.

5. COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORMS ADVON VEHICLE Provides a fully mobile quick-reaction en- route and on scene communications command suite in advance of follow-on support. UNIFIED COMMAND SUITE Interoperable mobile communications platform with integrated commercial and military hardware providing secure and non-secure reach back capability to on scene Incident Commanders.
