Last week You were given a summary sheet containing 2 questions, a Best Western case study and a knowledge check section You have 15 minutes to finish this piece of work

Research task I now want you to carry out research into the ice-cream brands, Wall’s, Nestle and Haagen-Dazs and consider how and why they differentiate their products You need to create a fact sheet explaining; How each company differentiates their products Who each product targets The markets in which they operate Whether they are product or market orientated Remember to use key terms within your work

Test We are now going to have a 1 hour test on everything you have been taught in Topic 1, some of these questions you have attempted in lesson previously – so you should be really good at them!
