How to Search for Library Resources When the Online Catalog is Unavailable Occasionally the OSU-Tulsa Catalog is unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, and technical problems. The following alternative source will help you find the information you need.. There are 10 slides in this tutorial. Click where directed on the screen to advance the tutorial. Consult the World Catalog database to find books, journals and media owned by the OSU-Tulsa Library.

Click on Databases A-Z.. Click on Databases A - Z

Click on “ W ” for World Catalog..

Click on World Catalog..

Check Limit items in my library.. Search for your topic by Keyword..

Alternatively... Type in the title of the book you want. Select Title from the drop down arrow.. You also can search by the Author or Subject..

Note that the book is owned by OSU-Tulsa Library. Click on the Title..

Scroll down the record until....

... you find the LC Call Number. This is not a complete call number but it will get you to the general area in the OSU-Tulsa Library.. Unfortunately, you cannot tell the status of the book, i.e. if the book has been checked out..
