Can worship be lawful & in faith but not be pleasing to God? Yes! underlying attitude in a pleasing sacrifice... "For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have." (2 Cor. 8:12 - NKJV) "Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." (2 Cor. 9:7 - ESV)
