Cancel Your Current Assignment  Deadline is November 15 th  You will not be charged the $500 Cancellation Fee if you cancel by November 15th.  Easy online form: http://housing.cua.edu/formshttp://housing.cua.edu/forms  You will receive confirmation and move-out instructions in December.  You need to move out of your current assignment before you leave for Christmas break.

3. Prepare for Room Selection  Room Selection Intent and $500 housing deposit due by February 5 th.  You need to be in good financial standing (i.e. no financial holds).  Navigate to Cardinal Station  MyHousing  Apply Online.  By completing the Room Selection Intent, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Residence Hall and Dining Services Agreement.  Materials are not accepted after the deadline!

Participate in RS 16-17  Form a roommate group (and backup plans) prior to your lottery time.  Participate in the room selection process during your assigned lottery time  Remember- Room Selection is in Eastern Standard Time!  Select a space that matches the size of your roommate group  Select a dining plan
