8. LOW PRESSURE  Low pressure usually means it will be cloudy, rainy, or windy.  Low pressure means no force, or pressure, to push the clouds and storms away.

9. HIGH PRESSURE  High pressure areas usually create sunny and clear skies.  The higher pressure in the atmosphere pushes all the clouds away.
