CoRD Meeting 12 March 2003 OBJECTIVES -To alleviate the burden of data collection by automating the process of statistical data collection from commercial software packages. -To facilitate provision of statistical information by small and medium size enterprises through questionnaires. -PHASE 2 - e-Quest, developed by Statistics Austria was adopted to demonstrate automation of the statistical data collection process. -PHASE 3 – To develop a generic translator for the conversion of structured data files to user defined XML documents.
