Israeli-Palestinian Conflict English 6 Integrated Novel Project By: Jessica Oh

Choosing a Position This is a hard question to answer because I am not in the war’s shoes. But I would have to say that I’m on the Palestinian’s side. Why you may ask? Well because It was originally the Palestinian’s land but then the Israeli’s just came and took over. Even though I think that kids can recover it will still be a bad memory.

Key facts In the hand in hand school The Jewish and the Palestinian’s kids learn and play together Conflicts between Jews and the Palestinian’s have made headlines for Years Palestinian’s have very little land

Support facts Palestinian’s were there first It was peaceful before the Israeli’s came and attacked Israeli’s and the British already have a land and the Palestinian’s don’t. Most kids can survive the horrible memories.

Habibi In Habibi, Liyana Finds a friend named Omar. But it turns out that Omar is Jewish and Liyana isn’t so they come up with a way to be friends. But before Liyana moves to Poppy’s home country she gives a report on what it was like when Poppy lived there as a boy.

Habibi The dad came back to his country even though he was in the war. He did not even hesitate to go. He felt guilty how to likes to go back.
