What will the potential programme look like? ‘Transition coaches’ will be based in primary schools for 6 months and then secondary schools for 6 months Leading on delivery of lunch clubs, after school clubs (at secondary school venues) and community sessions. Engagement in curriculum time lessons – assisting in class, leading sessions linked to leadership, resilience, team work Transition coaches will act as role models and mentors Partnership Working
