2. We have found out that most students are dissatisfied with the lunch arrangements provided by the canteen. (1) We have collected information about two caterer who can provide lunch boxes to the school. The following is a report on the comparisons and our recommendation. (1)

Good Taste Caterer - not enough experience / new (1) - only supply exact number of boxes / have to buy tickets one day in advance (1) - less choice / not much choice / only one choice every day (1) - food is rather fatty - wasteful (uses polystyrene boxes and throw- away chopsticks) (1) - two good points - one is doing surveys among students (1)

4. - another is that they have extra-large portions for $18 (1) Number one Caterer - very experienced / eight years in school service / eight years experience (1) - includes one piece of fruit (1) - $15 including fruit is cheaper (1) - more choices / three choices every day (1) - bring extra boxes every day (1) - healthy balanced meals / fatty food avoided (1)
