Responsibilities  Your responsibility to phone if you are unable to come (07957 316 146)  Be here on time  Switch your phone off or leave it in your pocket  Wear appropriate clothing  Get to know the members  Be polite  Be a good role model  Helping and running activities  Involve all the members and check they are having fun  Help tidy up at the end

3. Activities  Activities will usually be discussed and assigned at the beginning of the session  Activities can include arts and crafts, games in the hall or outside if weather permits  Be flexible and help with whatever activity you are asked to do  Art activities can be messy so be prepared  Make sure you stay and help with your activity  Be aware of the needs and feelings of the children – try to ensure everyone is happy, safe and included

4. The Members  It is important that all the members have a good time at the club  We want to provide an environment that is safe and they can feel happy, welcome and a part of things  If you see someone looking a bit left out try to get them involved  If you think there is a problem or a situation tell one of the play workers or lead person  Try to deal with things fairly remember everyone has feelings even if they seem really not to care  Be a good role model  HAVE FUN
