2  You must make sure that you include the following in your presentation:  Transitions between slides.  Speaker notes (what you would say if you were to do the presentation yourself in front of your employees).  Some animations (max 3-5).  Use suitable clipart images (max 3-5) to add life to your presentation.

3  Businesses can make use of email in many different ways. Such as sending emails about what they are doing, such as about to make a presentation, or they email the actual piece of work for the other person to check, to then improve and to then send off. If you were working at national grid for example, and the company was trading info with another company, E.G seven Trent water works. Once you had finished the power point, you would then send it to your boss to check, then improve to then send off.

4  If you send an email to a number of different people you may not expect a reply from all but one of the people. You can do this by carbon copying. An example of this would be to send an email to your work mate for him to sign and so then he would send the signed copy back to you and then you send a copy of the signed paper to your boss.  However bcc is when you don’t want the person you are sending it about to see is. E.G If someone has been told off by you and you want to send a email about him to your boss what you would do is send it in secret.

5  The way you send a email safely is by checking if there are any viruses in it and if it its safely attached to anything else you are sending. You can also open attachments safely by saving it to your hard disc or memory stick.

6  The risk is the spread of malware. Malware is anything that affects the functionability of your system or executes commands that are not wanted by the user. You can get anything from viruses to Trojans to worms, spyware, adware, grayware. The best way to help avoid these dangerous attachments is to really chose your email account wisely.

7  If u are sending an email about business, it has to be neat. U can do this by not using text language, faces, angry text and including a Xbox you are selling.

8  Email forwarding generically refers to the operation of re-sending an email message delivered to one email address on to a possibly different email address. The term forwarding has no specific technical meaning. Users and administrators of email systems use the same term when speaking of both server-based and client based forwarding.

9  An email signature is a block of text that is put on the end of the email. Really a signature is a way to give the person your name. Some people will use a signature to sign off their e- mail message with a closing statement, funny quote or other message. A signature file, or sig as it is often called, can easily be created in most

10  You should use CC if you want to send an email to multiple people but without wanting a response back from another person. You should use BCC if you want to send an email in secret.

11  Setting a priority is very important. E.G if a nuclear bomb was about to go you wouldn’t set your email on normal would you. You would want to have it recognized out of all the other emails. So what you can do is select the symbol of what priority you want it to be.

12  Spam is everywhere nowadays, and it is very infuriating. That’s what spam filters are here for. To filter spam email somewhere else, so you don’t get to the point of pulling your hair out. You can get spam filters by clicking options on the tool bar and then clicking spam filter.

13 An address book can be a life saver if you haven't got their phone number or email. An address book is used to find their address. It is like a library, just with addresses inside it.

14  If you are on vacation in France for a week you would want people to know that you are on holiday for a week. That is what automatic response is for. You can set it up by going into settings and then clicking automatic response. Then you type in what you want the responder to say.
