1. Cell Energy Project Using ANIMOTO

2. Getting Started: Log onto your computer Go to: animoto.com Use Google Chrome On the top right corner click sign up. Make an account using your Gmail address. NOTE - Where it says what are the videos for please choose education.

3. Your task: Create an animoto for each of the 3 energy pathways = Photosynthesis, Respiration, and Fermentation Be sure your animoto contains (graded on)  the full equation of the process including reactants and products  Location - where it occurs  any factors that affect the process

4. Process: Find photos, clip arts, diagrams and save to a Google Doc – 4-8/process Choose your Animoto format –  You are limited to 30 seconds  Music tempo will affect number of slides you have. Create your 3 - 30 second animotos – be sure to have them ready to share in class

5. Process: Get together with your group Share all of your Animotos Choose the best Animoto for each process P, R, F – 1 from each group member Every group member must have 1 animoto chosen

6. Process: Create Google doc for your group ◦1 person will do this ◦Share with all members and Ms Kellock (Ms. K must be able to edit) – ◦Name doc with group member names and period List the 3 Cell Energy processes – Photosynthesis; Respiration; Fermentation put student name next to process Add links to the 3 Animotos
