7. How? How does it work? Put simply by working with residents Partners and Agencies in Neighbourhoods to improve their quality of life.

8. What's the process? The City is split into three areas North - St Giles, Ermine East/West Central – Monks Road, Sincil Bank South –Moorland, Birchwood Each team has three people A Neighbourhood Manager, an Admin Assistant and a Community Caretaker
