PSTC formed in accordance with OASIS recommendations Participation Open to OASIS members Registered participation 15 days prior to meeting Others considered probationary for 60 days or 3 meetings Continued involvement requires Attending 2 of every 3 meetings Responding to 80% of ballots Leave of absence One per calendar year Max 45 days Second only by approval of TC

Agreed TC specification Summary document Proof of implementation by three supporting members Compliance with OASIS IPR policy Standardization 30 day admin window Thereafter presented to OASIS board at start of next quarter Adoption by OASIS membership vote
