5. To ensure active and regular participation in OneLife’s community programs, a Community Fee is charged for each ISN member. This will entitle the ISN’s participation to the following services with an equivalent of 180 points per annum (equivalent of P 9,000.00/annum).

10. E. Seniority in Housing Queue – an OLFI Regular Member does not have to be interested in co-owning a housing unit, however, he shall have the right of seniority in the queuing for housing once he has completed the payment. Interested renters will also come from this queuing list.
