WP3: Evaluation of the AWARE approach - TASKS ICCR – Task Leader Task 3.1. Evaluation methodology (Feb-Apr. 2010) - Assessment and selection of appropriate methodology(s) in cooperation with partners, eg: qualitative/quantitative, observation, lit./document review, open dialogue, survey, interview - Review and input into WP1 (eg: tasks 1.2-1.4) Task 3.2. Process evaluation (Apr.2010-Feb. 2011) - Participation/observation of the WP2 case study scenarios process, eg: citizen panel workshops, local conferences, EU Conference on Linking Research to Policy – exact schedule to be determined

Learning outcomes evaluation (Mar.-June 2011) - Consultations with partners on best methodology to employ in each case Task 4.4- Organising of an Ex-Post Evaluation Workshop for water managers (July-Sept. 2011) - Location, structure, level of participation

Timing of Case Study Scenarios - same timing (Month 15), does not provide learning opportunity or transfer of best practices from one case study to another (as per text p. 32) Type of Deliverable (3.3 – Learning Outcome Evaluation), eg: possible manuel for multi-stakeholders engagement in sustainable coastal management Partner consultations on best comparable evaluation methodologies - brainstorming/planning meeting, 4 Q. 2009
