6. 6 Target groups  Officials from municipal administrations  Management staff of pre-school, general education and vocational training schools;  Teachers active in associations  Management and teaching staff of adult education centres;  Employees of municipal education centres;  Non-formal education providers;  Senior academics, who conduct research in relevant areas;  Advanced students in postgraduate and doctoral programmes studying education content, process and policy.

8. 8 Method of Implementation  Study groups of up to 10 people that will spend two weeks in EEA or EU country;  Two 2-year cycles. 25 study groups.  1,420,000 EURO
