Level of education The project was addressed to qualified persons with a medium level of education, at least. Therefore the minimum level of education of members of the target group was high school. The structure of the target group has a majority formed by persons with post-high school studies (51%), while those with university or high school has approximately equal weights. Results of final questionnaire for seminars’ evaluation by the members of the target group The questionnaire was applied for a number of 118 members of the target groups from Romania (36) Sweden (50), Greece (15), Italy (19) and Poland (17) The respondents had to encircle their own choice for each of the 11 questions. They have 5 levels of satisfaction, the highest level means number 5 The questions were grouped in 3 topics: -WORKSHOP CONTENT (the 3 first questions) -WORKSHOP DESIGN (questions 4 to 6) -WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR / MODERATOR (questions 7 and 8) -WORKSHOP RESULTS (questions 9 to 11) Material realised by Association Smart Educational Projects- ROMANIA

Conclusions The questionnaire proved that the target groups were well and very well informed about project's objectives (86%) and the workshops answered to their expectation in a very large measure (103 participants from 118 answer it) The content of seminars and workshops were relevant for their jobs for 75% that answer with 5 or 4 The seminars have stimulated their learning for 79% of participants in the high or very high level and have permitted to integrate these knowledge in their work, for 93% of them. The trainers were considered very well prepared (76%) or well prepared (18%) and very helpful for 89 participants. 82% of participants consider that they will use what they learnt during the workshops, in big or very big measure A very large percent of participants (97%) consider that they will be able to further develop what they learnt in this workshop in their organizations Material realised by Association Smart Educational Projects- ROMANIA
