Services will become like businesses and can try to make money, and save money. Services will work more with their local community. This is called ‘The Partnership Option’

The Cabinet will look at the plans in May 2012. They will decide whether the plans will work. They will decide whether the plans are fair. The Council will ask people what they think about the plan.
